Katie and i spent the afternoon at my favourite location, stepping on broken glass, avoiding wasp nests and finding ourselves stairing up at hundreds of bats. We danced and laughed in the sunlight, trying to avoid the men who kept staring. We found a crown that someone had graciously left behind, and then went and got some corn from a wagon on the beach.
